We have been in New Mexico now for just under six months and couldn't wait any longer. Today we are announcing our second series, the Wild Leaven Bakery series.
Wild Leaven Bakery is a bakery here in Taos that bakes amazing bread, all of which are baked with flours from either near by or that they grew. They use wild plants for lunches when they do them and fruit from the farm Andre lives on. After first meeting with Andre we quickly realized our visions were very similar, it only made sense to work together.
This series will be focused on exploring the wild and native foods and traditions of where we live. Practicing consciousness of not creating waste, using nurturing humble ingredients on vessels we made and cooking with and for friends.
